Please be aware that refunds/returns on Custom or personalised work will only be accepted if the item is damaged or faulty.
Custom work will be made to the measurements/ specifications/ personalised spellings etc, given when ordered. Any mistakes in the details given are not the responsibility of Wilebore leather and refunds will not be given.
An invoice will be sent to you via Email on completion of your order and must be paid in full before items are dispatched, or collected.

Larger commissions may be subject to a 25% deposit.
